🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive financial performance through insightful analysis and commercial decision support

✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes

✔ Develop performance dashboards and support capital allocation decisions

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, and commercial units

✔ Support contract negotiations with financial reviews and scenario planning

✔ Promote a culture of financial discipline, continuous improvement, and business integrity

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 8+ years in commercial finance, preferably in FMCG

✅ CPA / CA / ACCA qualification (MBA is a plus)

✅ Strong experience in business partnering and stakeholder management

✅ Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Excel, and BI tools

✅ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
