Client Finance Specialist

ProductLife Group is looking for a Client Finance Specialist (Accounts Receivable) for a permanent contract to support our growing operations team.

The Client Finance Specialist plays a key role in managing the company’s accounts receivable processes. This includes ensuring accurate billing of goods or services, posting receipts, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to overall financial accuracy and performance. The role directly supports our ability to deliver and invoice services efficiently and accurately to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain the billing system (project setup, product creation)
* Process, verify, and post receipts for goods/services rendered
* Generate invoices and account statements
* Perform reconciliations and maintain AR files and records
* Produce monthly financial and management reports
* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries
* Assist with financial analysis by gathering data from other departments
* Maintain records of payments and account status
* Monitor and collect client payments
* Review credit history and improve repayment terms
* Perform administrative tasks: data entry, invoicing, reminders, client follow-up
* Generate internal reports and statements

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Payable
* Experience working in an international company is mandatory
* French and English
* Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP preferred)
* Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (including SFAS)
* Strong data management and accurate data entry skills
* Comfort with administration and billing tools
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
