Client Finance Specialist (Fixed term 12 Months)

ProductLife Group is looking for a Client Finance Specialist (Accounts Receivable) to join its growing operations team.

The Client Finance Specialist plays a key role in managing the company’s accounts receivable processes. This includes ensuring accurate billing for goods or services, posting receipts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date financial records. This position supports operational excellence by helping deliver and invoice services efficiently, contributing to financial accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain the billing system (project settings, product creation)
* Process, verify, and post receipts for goods or services rendered
* Generate invoices and account statements
* Perform account reconciliations and maintain AR records and files
* Produce monthly financial and management reports
* Investigate and resolve billing irregularities or customer inquiries
* Assist in financial analysis by collecting data from other departments
* Maintain up-to-date records regarding payments and account status
* Monitor and collect client payments
* Review client credit history and suggest or negotiate repayment terms
* Perform administrative and clerical tasks: data entry, invoice generation, reminders, client communication
* Generate internal financial reports and statements

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or Economics
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Payable
* Experience working in an international environment is mandatory
* Fluent in French and English
* Familiarity with ERP systems (such as NetSuite or SAP)
* Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (including SFAS)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
* Accurate data entry and strong data management skills
* Comfortable working with administrative and billing tools
