Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary, located in Mohammedia. The Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, providing company secretarial work, and offering executive administrative assistance. The Secretary will also support customer service operations and maintain clear communication channels within the organization.


Qualifications

* Possess Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work experience
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to provide Executive Administrative Assistance
* Customer Service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
* A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be advantageous
