Main Responsibilities
As Administrative & General Affairs Manager, your main responsibilities in administration and public affairs will include:
* Manage all general services on site (staff transportation, canteen, security, etc.)
* Supervise external service providers and ensure a high level of service quality
* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
* Optimize costs while maintaining service quality
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the site and the well-being of employees
Job requirements
The job requirements are as follows:
* Bachelor’s and master degree's in Business or HR.
* Proven experience in managing general services in an industrial environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
* Leadership, proactivity, and hands-on approach.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage teams and external providers.
