Job Purpose
the development and management of sales activities for automotive OEMs, Tier Suppliers, and Distributors in the assigned region. Support customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and strategic alignment with company goals.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies for the North of Africa region.
* Grow sales in OEM, Tier, and Distribution markets.
* Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
* Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to meet customer needs.
* Maintain and manage RFQ pipelines and pricing strategies.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
* Provide technical support and conduct product presentations.
* Maintain records of sales activities and pricing.
* Act as liaison for customer complaints and special issues.
Profile Required
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* 5 years of experience in the rubber or automotive industry.
* Strong technical understanding (prints, specifications).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Willingness to travel (over 50%).
Preferred Skills
* Experience with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
* Market development and technical sales experience.
* Knowledge of rubber processing, JIT, and supply chain.
* CRM system proficiency.
* Multicultural and international experience.
Languages
English and Arabic recommended; French and Spanish is a plus.
Computer Skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research.
Physical & Work Environment
Moderate physical demands (lifting, standing, travel). Industrial environment with occasional exposure to mechanical parts.
