What you'll do :-
* Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B customers, including distributors and retailers.
* Drive brand visibility and commercial performance across assigned regions and markets.
* Lead, manage, and coach a team of field sales agents to achieve sales targets.
* Conduct negotiations and ensure consistent commercial follow-up with partners.
* Deliver structured, timely, and insightful sales reporting to support strategic decisions.
Who are you :-
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in appliances, electronics, or FMCG sectors.
* Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* People-oriented, with a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Fluent in French; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
* Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
