This role focuses on optimizing the sales process, driving data-informed strategies, and supporting revenue generation through reporting, analysis, and systems improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
* Data Management & Integrity: Manage and maintain sales data within various systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting and operational use.
* Forecasting: Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
* Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance KPIs to support leadership decisions. Monitor and report on compensation plans, quotas, and performance incentives, leveraging automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
* Automation: Implement tools and automation to streamline repetitive administrative tasks, allowing the sales team to focus more on selling.
* Sales Strategy support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams and contribute to strategic planning and quarterly business reviews
* Cross-Function Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply) to share data and provide actionable insights that support broader business goals
Qualifications :
* Experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles (2-4years)
* Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL), data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI), and databases.
* Experience with ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and other sales automation tools.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to undertake ad hoc analyses as required.
* Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team environment
