What you’ll do
* Lead field sales to drive revenue and profitability across assigned regions.
* Build strong relationships with customers and prospects; map needs & buying cycles.
* Own RFQ strategies and prepare competitive bids.
* Manage key accounts; track competitors and market trends.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Deliver presentations/demos; attend local events and trade shows.
* Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline and progress reports.
* Partner with internal teams (technical, projects, operations, finance, supply).
* Adhere to QHSE requirements.
What you bring
* Engineering degree, 6–8 years of B2B field sales experience.
* Excellent communication & presentation skills (French/English).
* Commercial mindset, analytical, organized, self-driven.
* Proficient in MS Office ; familiar with CRM/ERP.
* Comfortable with multiple deadlines and frequent travel.
