Job Overview:
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational objectives and promote a positive work culture.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
