🎓 What we’re looking for:

* Recently graduated (HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields)
* Internship, first experience, or volunteering exposure in HR / recruitment / sales / marketing
* Interest in the IT and tech industry
* Full remote availability
* Strong communication skills
* Languages: English (B2+ mandatory), French (B2+ mandatory)

🧩 Key responsibilities

* Source IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Keywork, and other tools
* Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
* Support technical validation and background checks
* Collaborate with hiring managers on shortlists and offers
* Manage onboarding and relocation processes
* Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

🌍 Your role as an International Talent Manager

* Learn and grow in IT recruitment through training and hands-on experience
* Identify and engage top tech talent
* Conduct behavioral interviews
* Support candidates throughout their hiring and relocation journey
