Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with a strong focus on onboarding operations, audit & compliance, and project management related to new hire integration in Morocco. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in pre-employment documentation collection, digital onboarding systems, and a proven track record of driving efficiency and compliance through technology such as Workday. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless, timely, and compliant onboarding experience for all new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Operations
* Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires in Morocco, ensuring all onboarding steps are completed efficiently and on time.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc.) to deliver a smooth Day 1 experience.
* Drive digital onboarding processes through Workday, ensuring all workflows are optimized and automated where possible.
* Act as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
Pre-Employment Requirements
* Collect and verify all required pre-employment documents such as ID proof, educational qualifications, employment history, and background checks.
* Ensure all data is collected, validated, and stored in compliance with company policy and local labor laws.
* Identify and resolve documentation gaps or discrepancies proactively.
* Ensures all candidates pass medical and background check screening. Coordination through third party vendors for endorsements.
Audit & Compliance
* Maintain accurate and auditable onboarding records to support internal and external audits.
* Ensure all onboarding activities align with local labor regulations, data privacy laws, and internal compliance policies.
* Participate in internal HR audits and help implement corrective actions as needed.
Project Management
* Lead and manage onboarding improvement projects focused on digitalization, process optimization, and turnaround time reduction.
* Analyze onboarding metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
* Collaborate with global and regional HR stakeholders to align onboarding practices and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, with a strong emphasis on onboarding.
* Demonstrated experience handling onboarding compliance and documentation in Morocco.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of driving operational improvement.
* Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements in Morocco.
* Proficient in Workday or a similar enterprise HRIS.
* Excellent communication skills in French and English.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
