We're looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our team and be the face of the Riad.

🗣️ Languages: Fluent English and Arabic required. French is a plus.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations: reception, housekeeping, guest services, and reservations
* Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a warm and professional reception
* Handle all guest communications (in person, by phone, and online)
* Manage reservations across different platforms (direct, OTAs, website)
* Provide information about the Riad, Fez, and available services
* Train, support, and lead the front desk and hospitality team
* Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues or special requests with care
* Coordinate with external providers (airport transfers, taxis, guides, maintenance, etc.)
* Support in managing reviews and online reputation
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hotel or guesthouse management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, reliable, and friendly
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Comfortable using property management systems (PMS), booking platforms, and basic office tools
* Fluent in English and Arabic – French is a plus
* Knowledge of Moroccan culture and hospitality is appreciated
