What You'll Do

🎯 Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Python

🛠 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, product) to define and deliver functional features

🔗 Integrate front-end elements into applications, ensuring seamless user experience

🔍 Troubleshoot and debug backend systems for performance and reliability

📈 Write clean, testable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices

🚀 Participate in Agile development processes including code reviews, stand-ups, and sprints

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer

✅ Strong command of Python and experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Tornado

✅ Solid understanding of multi-process architecture, asynchronous programming, and scalable design

✅ Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration purposes

✅ Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating web services

✅ Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

✅ Familiarity with version control systems like Git

✅ Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

✅ Bilingual communication skills in French and English

* AWS or other cloud platforms (is a plus)

🚨 Additional Info

* This is a full-time position
* Based in Tangier, but remote work is possible for the right candidate
* Must be legally authorized to work in Morocco
