We are looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of modern, inclusive, and user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of usability to deliver impactful design solutions across mobile and web platforms.
Responsibilities
* Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
* Create and maintain a consistent and accessible design system.
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
* Apply mobile-first and accessibility-driven design principles.
Requirements
* 2–4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first design projects.
* Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
* Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
* Solid understanding of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.
Nice to Have
* Experience with motion or interaction design.
* Familiarity with product analytics tools.
* Background in designing social or community-based platforms.
