About Us

We are a Managed Services & Security Provider (MSP / MSSP) based in Tangier and Brussels, specialized in supporting SMBs (5 to 100 workstations) in modernizing, securing, and ensuring compliance of their IT infrastructures.

We currently manage over 300 workstations and about 30 servers.

Our approach combines technical expertise, proactive cybersecurity, and innovation through AI to deliver next-generation managed services.

As part of our growth, we’re looking for an experienced Systems & Network Engineer with strong Microsoft (Server / Workstation) expertise, solid cybersecurity knowledge, and a keen interest in AI and automation technologies — to lead and coordinate client projects remotely.

Your Role

As a lead engineer, you will act as the technical conductor for our clients’ infrastructure improvement and security projects.

Main Responsibilities
* Lead migration, modernization, and compliance projects (RGPD, NIS2, CCB, ISO 27001).
* Design, deploy, and manage hybrid Microsoft environments: Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, etc.
* Administer and optimize Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiCloud, ATP, ideally SASE).
* Coordinate technical work with two field technicians and client contacts.
* Implement and maintain security policies (firewalls, segmentation, MFA, EDR, Microsoft Secure Score).
* Use AI tools and scripting (Copilot, PowerShell, etc.) to enhance monitoring and incident detection across our RMM tools.
* Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout project cycles.
* Review and control ticket quality: validate technician responses and ticket closures.

ProfileTechnical Skills
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Active Directory / Azure / Entra ID.
* Excellent understanding of networking (LAN/WAN/VPN, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP).
* Proven experience with Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, ATP, FortiSASE).
* Strong cybersecurity mindset: best practices, compliance, hardening.
* Interest or experience with AI tools for monitoring, incident response, or automation.

Soft Skills
* Excellent communication and coordination skills in remote work environments.
* Good technical English and fluent French.

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Systèmes & Réseaux confirmé(e) dans les technologies Microsoft ( server / Postes ) , avec une bonne culture cybersécurité et une sensibilité aux technologies IA / automatisation, pour piloter nos projets clients à distance.

Vos missions

En tant qu’ingénieur référent expérimenté ,vous serez le chef d’orchestre technique de nos projets d’évolution et de sécurisation des environnements clients.

Responsabilités principales :

* Piloter les projets de migration, de modernisation et de mise en conformité (RGPD, , NIST2, CCB ,ISO27001).
* Concevoir, déployer et superviser les infrastructures hybrides Microsoft : Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, etc.
* Administrer et optimiser les solutions Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiCloud, ATP, idéalement SASE).
* Assurer la coordination technique avec les 2 techniciens terrain et les interlocuteurs clients.
* Participer à la mise en place de politiques de sécurité (pare-feu, segmentation, MFA, EDR,Secure score Microsoft ).
* Exploiter et automatiser via outils IA et scripts (Copilot, PowerShell, etc.) pour améliorer la supervision et la détection d’incidents sur nos outils RMM
* Garantir la documentation, la conformité et la satisfaction client sur l’ensemble du cycle projet.
* Contrôler la qualité des tickets : pertinence des réponses des techniciens / clôture

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques :

* Solide maîtrise des environnements Windows Server / Active Directory / Azure / Entra ID.
* Très bonne connaissance des réseaux (LAN/WAN/VPN, VLAN, routage, DNS, DHCP).
* Expertise Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, ATP, FortiSASE).
* Sensibilité marquée pour la cybersécurité : bonnes pratiques, conformité, durcissement.
* Intérêt ou expérience dans l’usage de l’IA pour la supervision, la réponse à incident ou l’automatisation.

Soft skills :

* Excellentes capacités de communication et coordination à distance.
* Bon niveau en Anglais technique + Bonne maîtrise du Français
* Esprit d’analyse, autonomie et rigueur.
* Goût pour l’innovation et la veille technologique.
* Sens du service et de la relation client.
