YOUR ROLE


As a Payroll and Human Resources Administration Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll and HR administrative processes across CEVA entities in Morocco. You will contribute to strategic projects and support operational teams with payroll and personnel administration matters.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


PAYROLL & TIME TRACKING


* Control and validate time tracking (T&A) data
* Consolidate all payroll variables and communicate them to the HR service provider
* Consolidate and control payroll elements and statements
* Monitor the execution of salary transfers
* Manage social declarations: Mutual, CNSS, CIMR, IR
* Report payroll data to Finance and HR
* Respond to payroll-related queries, process payroll claims and ensure timely resolution
* Monitor payments to HR service providers
* Ensure the payroll process for external employees
* Participate in the realization of HR budget
* Ensure data quality in different internal SIRH (Kelio, MyHR, etc.)
* Prepare monthly statistics and reports.


HR ADMINISTRATION


* Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases
* Manage employee onboarding (contracts, etc.) and offboarding processes (certificates, etc.)
* Manage disciplinary procedures and follow up on labor disputes in court
* Maintain the relationship with the labor entities (inspection, etc.)
* Attend employee representative bodies meetings
* Monitor the mutual insurance process (sickness, AT, etc.)
* Advise managers on HR procedures related to payroll and HR administration
* Participate in talent management process as HR contact person in Tangier (onboarding, training, termination, etc.)
* Respond to employees claims and inquiries
* Participate in internal and external audits
* Participate in managing contracts with HR service providers
* Ensure compliance with morocco labor code and applicable regulation and internal policies
* Participate in the implementation of the car policy


HRIS Management:

* Support the effective data management and system administration requirements for Success Factors.
* Assist with auditing system data and notifying responsible persons of discrepancies and/or errors to improve data integrity


Collaborate and carry out any additional tasks assigned by the company, in line with organizational structure and your responsibilities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


EDUCATION

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE

* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration and HR operations, ideally in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
* Proven experience in managing payroll systems and handling social declarations (CNSS, CIMR, IR, etc.).
* Experience with HR audits, labor law compliance, and personnel administration is highly desirable.


TECHNICAL SKILLS

* Proficiency in payroll software and time tracking systems.
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
* Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools.
* Knowledge of Moroccan labor law and social security regulations.


PERSONAL & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to interact with various stakeholders (finance, HR, operations, legal).
