Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco, for the position of Owner. The individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the company’s mission to modernize tech recruitment is upheld. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, directing recruitment strategies, leading internal teams, evaluating market trends, and fostering partnerships with innovative companies and tech professionals. The role requires a hands-on approach to decision-making and a commitment to delivering value across all business channels.

Qualifications

* Leadership and strategic management skills to oversee operational processes and drive business growth
* Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, specifically within technology domains
* Strong analytical abilities for evaluating market trends, competition, and recruitment success metrics
* Proficiency in client relationship management, team collaboration, and partnership development
* Knowledge of technology industries, including software development, DevOps, and emerging fields like AI/ML and blockchain
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
* Fluency in English required; knowledge of French, Arabic, or additional languages is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
* Prior experience in the MENA region's technology market is highly beneficial
