We are seeking a proactive and driven Virtual Assistant to focus on outbound cold calling and appointment setting for our property management company. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new leads, prospect potential clients, and set up meetings for our property management team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, initiating cold outreach, and coordinating appointments to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, real estate investors, and potential clients to introduce our property management services.

Lead Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads within the property management industry, using databases, social media, and other prospecting tools.

Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings and consultations between prospects and our property management team, ensuring calendars are managed efficiently.

Follow-Up: Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture leads and ensure successful appointment setting.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all communications, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for cold calls, leads generated, and appointments set.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on prospecting activities, lead generation, and appointment outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:


Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation, preferably in property management, real estate, or a related field.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.

Sales-Minded: Strong sales instincts with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome objections during cold outreach.

Organization: Ability to manage a high volume of calls and maintain an organized pipeline of leads and appointments.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and calendar management tools.

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet goals and targets.

Self-Motivated: Highly driven and capable of working independently to achieve results in a remote environment.

Working Hours:


This is a remote position with flexible hours, but availability during business hours is required to align with prospects' schedules.
