Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motorman located in Casablanca. The Motorman will be responsible for operating and maintaining rail transport equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery, and assisting in the training of new employees. The Motorman will also provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

* Knowledge and experience in Rail Transport
* Ability to provide Training to new staff members
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a Teamwork environment
* Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills
* Relevant certifications or experience in rail or industrial operations is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is preferred
