Key Responsibilities :
As a Modern Trade Channel leader, your main responsibilities will include:
* Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans for every customer in Modern Trade in accordance with Company sales and distribution strategy
* Align and execute trade marketing, promotion and merchandising plans by brand/ by customer.
* Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans
* Developing customer joint business plans, leading key negotiations, and managing strategic partnerships.
* Enable sustained performance through key customer scorecards and regular performance reviews
* Strengthening cross-functional collaboration to embed customer-centric culture
* Monitor stock out by channel as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
* Lead, Coach and Develop effective Supervisor & merchandising teams to achieve both business and individual growth objectives.
Qualification and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing or any related field
* 7-10 years of proven experience in sales, with mandatory experience in modern trade environment
* Must possess a Proven track record in driving sales capabilities across key areas such as Category Management, Revenue Growth Management and solid understanding of Modern Trade
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required
