Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial position at Alef Ai Fusion, located in Rabat with some work from home acceptable. The Commercial role involves managing customer accounts, handling sales processes, purchasing activities, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Experience in Sales and Account Management
* Knowledge of Purchasing processes
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

* Proven track record of meeting sales targets
