Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and manage marketing reports, monitor budgets, and control expenses to stay within limits.

* Communicate regularly with tenants, addressing inquiries, providing support, and fostering positive relationships.
* Ensure effective resource utilization and contribute to strategic decision-making.
* Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications And Skills

* Education: Degree or diploma in a related field.
* Experience: Previous experience in marketing (retail, office, or residential sector preferred).
* Skills Required:
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and channels, including social media and digital marketing.
* Knowledge of event planning, advertising, public relations, and media outreach.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
* Proficiency in English (verbal and written); excellent communication skills.
