Community Manager / Content Creator

About Us:

Alnafura is a new clothing brand based in Barcelona and inspired by Morocco. Being one of the first streetwear clothing brands with Moroccan roots based in Spain, our intention is to expand our brand all over Europe.

As we launch and grow our presence, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager/Content creator to build and nurture our community across social platforms and beyond.

Your Role:

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of the brand and the bridge between our company and our audience. You'll help create an engaged, loyal community through compelling content, meaningful interaction, and strategic growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create original content (photo, video, Reels, TikToks, etc.) that speaks our brand’s language
* Edit short-form video and visual content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc
* Help define and evolve the visual identity of our brand on social platforms
* Start conversations, reply to comments/DMs, build genuine relationships with our followers and fresh community activations (challenges, collabs, lives, pop-ups)
* Plan social content and maintain a content calendar

What We’re Looking For:

* Very important to be highly independent and problem solver. You don't wait for direction, you bring the direction
* A self-starter with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and sharp attention to detail
* Strong understanding of current trends and social media platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency level in English and Arabic (darija).
