• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategy
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to align messaging and campaigns
Brand Development :
• Strengthen Proto-9’s brand identity in the steel and industrial sectors
• Capture the Steel market across Morocco for the Nano-products portfolio
• Oversee the creation of marketing assets including brochures, technical datasheets, and digital content
• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the team
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement :
• Lead digital initiatives including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Create and manage content that translates technical steel concepts into customer-friendly messaging
• Plan and execute trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and client events
• Develop customer feedback loops and loyalty programs to enhance retention
Market Intelligence & Reporting :
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to steel applications and innovations
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for senior leadership
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in steel, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Basic understanding of steel grades, applications, and supply chain dynamics
• Proficiency in marketing platforms (CRM, analytics tools, design software)
• Strong Analytical & Communication skill
