What do you need to be a SMART IT Recruiter?

* Completed bachelor’s degree;
* Good organizational skills, multitasking, and time management;
* Motivation and enjoyment of working towards goals;
* Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
* Good knowledge of French and Arabic, written and spoken.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Sourcing candidates in the Information Technology area;
* Creating and publishing job ads;
* Screening and analyzing resumes;
* Scheduling and conducting interviews.
