Role Overview
As the IT Director, you will lead and oversee transversal IT activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Acting as the key liaison between IT teams and leadership, you will ensure high-quality IT service delivery that meets business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage IT operational performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectives.
* Act as the primary bridge between local IT teams and leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
* Optimize IT deliveries and performance frameworks, tracking and reporting KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
* You'll manage a team of 10 peoples directly & 50 people in transversal
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields preferred.
* Strong leadership experience in IT team management and service delivery.
* Understanding of the telecom industry and IT performance frameworks.
* Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and KPI-driven performance tracking.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work across different time zones and cultural environments.
