As part of our telecom expansion, we are looking for a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Engineer to oversee the design, deployment, and quality control of fiber optic networks delivering connectivity directly to end users. You will be involved in every phase of the project, from technical studies and planning to implementation and network handover

✅Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct feasibility and network engineering studies for FTTH deployments
* Design fiber network layouts (both vertical and horizontal cabling)
* Prepare engineering documentation (as-built files, preliminary and detailed designs)
* Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
* Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, quality, and technical standards are met
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client specifications
* Support network testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning phases

✅Candidate Profile:

* Engineering degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field
* Previous experience in FTTH network deployment is a strong asset
* Proficient in GIS tools (QGIS, AutoCAD, CAPFT...) and telecom operator specifications
* Solid knowledge of FTTH engineering standards and best practices
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
* English is a must for this position
