Job Scope:

The HR Manager will lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions across multiple retail branches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting organizational growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, driving performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, improving employee engagement, and advising leadership on workforce planning and people strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive HR management experience in retail, ideally across multi-branch operations.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Proven leadership and ability to influence at senior management level.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational development skills.

• Experience with HR systems and data analytics is a plus.
