On behalf of our client, a leading international industrial group, we are recruiting an experienced HR Manager (Generalist) to be based in Tangier. Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager, you will oversee the full scope of human resources activities at the Tangier site and act as a strategic business partner to local leadership and teams. Your responsibilities will include both operational and strategic HR functions.
Main duties:
* Implement and align the HR strategy with the group’s standards and business goals.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
* Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law and manage employee relations.
* Lead and support key HR projects (training, performance management, workforce planning, etc.).
* Provide regular HR reporting to regional or corporate headquarters.
* Act as a key contact for internal and external audits (quality, HR, client).
* Support managers with organizational development and change management initiatives.
Required Profile:
* Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, mandatory in the automotive or aerospace sector.
* Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor regulations and HR best practices in an industrial environment.
* Demonstrated leadership, integrity, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written); proficiency in French is also required.
