HR Intern – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment activities across the organization.

In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle, including:

• Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates

• Supporting interview coordination and candidate communication

• Contributing to recruitment and assessment activities

• Helping with onboarding and HR administrative processes

• Participating in talent acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement

• Use a fresh perspective to identify improvement opportunities and lead a small HR project aimed at creating tangible value for the organization.

What we are looking for:

• Recent graduate in HR or related field (Business School background preferred)

• Strong communication skills and a fast-learning mindset

• Fluent English (English is the working language for this internship; only candidates with a good command will be considered) and good French

• No prior experience required (previous internships are a plus)

• Adaptable, motivated, and eager to grow in a structured and demanding environment

Internship details:

• Duration: 3 months (paid internship)

• Based in Jorf Lasfar, El Jadida
