Position: Human Resources Business Partner

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
Recruitment:
* Sourcing CVs
* Organize physical interviews (room reservations, sending invitations, informing security guards, etc.)
* Develop the Onboarding schedule for new recruits in coordination with the various departments.
* Track trial periods
Formation:
* Participation in the development of training engineering (preparation of files and follow-up)
* Participation in the implementation of the training plan
* Management of training actions: calendar, logistics, invitations, evaluation
HR Development:
* Follow up on post-24-month onboarding evaluations of new hires
* Regular update of organizational charts
* Regular updating of job descriptions in collaboration with managers
* Participation in the implementation of skills mapping
* Participation in cross-functional HR projects
HR Administration:
* Handle administrative requests from employees
* Maintain employees' administrative files
* Time clock management and control
* Proficiency in the English language Compulsory

* Graduate of a Business School - Bac +5 in Human Resources Management, you have a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position.
