Role Summary

As the HR Manager in Rabat, you will play a crucial role in establishing, leading, and overseeing all human resource functions in Morocco. Your responsibilities will encompass talent acquisition, policy development, employee engagement, and compliance. You will significantly contribute to our business growth while fostering a high-performing and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

* HR Strategy & Setup: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with local business needs and global HR standards.
* Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts across various departments, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
* Policy & Compliance: Draft and enforce HR policies that comply with Moroccan labor laws and Award Global’s global guidelines.
* Employee Relations: Promote a healthy and inclusive work environment, manage employee grievances, and drive engagement initiatives.
* Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, assisting managers with coaching and feedback practices.
* Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and support career development initiatives.
* HR Operations: Manage payroll coordination, leave, employee records, and other routine HR tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
* Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and HR best practices.
* Experience in establishing HR functions or working in fast-growing/startup environments is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English. (Arabic is a plus).
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.
