HSE Manager - Morocco Midelt

Job description:

We are looking for an HSE Manager, to joing to join a recently created EPC Projects divisions at Empresarios Agrupados. You will develop your career as a with opportunities to grow in the department. The first project you will participate will be based in Morocco, Midelt area (grand scale project)

Responsibilities:

* Elaboration of HSE management / Security/Emergency plan, Risk evaluation and mitigation actions to decrease accident and nearmisses risks. Maintain a good relationship with the Employer. Ensure strict fulfillment of the safety requirements establish in the Contract, specially for subcontractors. Client HSE standar it is very demanding.
* Monitor HSE KPIs. Prepare reports/statistics, daily toolboxes, trainings.
* Management capabilities and good communication skills.

Qualifications:

* Required academic degree: Relevant engineering degree,

Required experience:

* 5 year in HSE projects in Morocco. Preferably experience with these Clients: Masen, EDF renewables, MASDAR, OCP.

Required Skills:

* Must be proficient with MS Office tools.

Languages:

* English: Required advanced level both spoken and written,
* French: Desirable advanced level both spoken and written.

Job location:

The first project requires temporarily for the job to be performed locally near Casablanca, Morocco.

Type of position:

This is a long term position. After the end of this project, estimated to be over in 07/2026, you will be based again in the HQ in Madrid, Spain.
