About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations in Morocco. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving organizational performance through people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into HR actions
* Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
* Support recruitment efforts for key roles and ensure a strong employer brand presence
* Lead performance management processes and promote a high-performance culture
* Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor law
* Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with global standards
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
* Support organizational change initiatives and transformation projects
* Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies
Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 5–8 years of experience in HR, including at least 2–3 years in an HRBP or similar role
* Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
