The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives. He/she ensures effective management of human resources, supports organizational development, and promotes a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy
* Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, retention)
* Support managers on HR-related matters (discipline, conflict resolution, performance management)
* Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
* Oversee training and development programs
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
* Manage compensation and benefits programs
* Monitor HR KPIs and provide reporting to top management
* Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives
* Handle employee relations and maintain a positive work environment
Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in an industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
* Experience in managing HR operations and teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Fluent in French and English
