Key Responsibilities

* Design and improve HR processes ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a consistent employee experience
* Structure and execute recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding workflows
* Maintain and enhance internal HR policies and documentation
* Oversee HR systems and digital tools for efficiency and data reliability
* Support the implementation of performance and development frameworks
* Lead people operations and employee well-being initiatives, fostering a positive and productive culture
* Guide managers and employees on performance management and career growth
* Support conflict resolution, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
* Ensure timely and accurate HR administration (contracts, leaves, disciplinary procedures)
* Promote inclusion, motivation, and healthy team dynamics
* Provide strategic workforce planning insights to leadership


Profile & Qualifications

* Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, including operational and advisory roles
* Strong knowledge of labor law and compliance
* Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
* Familiarity with modern recruitment practices and employer branding
* Fluent in English and French
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High sense of confidentiality, ethics, and organizational awareness
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
