Responsibilities:


As a Business Developer, your main responsibilities will include:


Prospecting and Client Retention: Identify new prospects, develop the client portfolio, and retain existing accounts to increase the company's revenue.


Client Portfolio Development and Management: Handle recruitment requests from existing clients, offering customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of each company.


Client Relationship Management: Maintain a trusting relationship with clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring their satisfaction at every step.


Market Research: Analyze the market, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions in line with the sector's needs.

Negotiation and Contract Finalization: Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts with potential clients.


Reporting and Goal Monitoring: Regularly report on sales objectives and results to management.

Desired Profile:


* Experience: You have a successful first experience in a renowned recruitment agency or a similar environment.
* Commercial skills: You are comfortable with negotiations and have a strong sense of business development.
* Bilingual: Perfect mastery of English and French, both spoken and written, is required. An academic background in English is preferred.
* Autonomy and organizational skills: You are self-driven, capable of taking initiatives, and able to organize yourself effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Attention to details: You pay close attention to details and ensure quality in every interaction.
* Interpersonal skills: You have excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships based on trust with clients.
