We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee engagement across our global delivery footprint. This role will be responsible for ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR service delivery while driving engagement, performance, and culture in a fast-paced BPO/shared services environment. The HR Manager will act as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders, manage HR operations at scale, and lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals and values.

What You'll Do:

🎯 Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.

📊 Translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
🤝 Partner with leaders to anticipate and mitigate people risks related to growth, attrition, and performance.
📈 Support change management initiatives including restructuring, scaling, and new service delivery models.
📝 Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS governance across multiple global locations.
🔍 Ensure full compliance with global HR policies, internal controls, and local labor laws across all operating jurisdictions.
🎯 Serve as the escalation point for complex HR operational issues, employee relations matters, and service delivery challenges.
📊 Partner closely with global HR counterparts, payroll, finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure consistent and high-quality HR service delivery.
🤝 Oversee employee data integrity, HR reporting, audits, and people analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
📈 Provide strategic oversight of payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR service center operations.
📝 Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
🔍 Manage and evaluate third-party vendors related to HR operations, engagement, benefits, and wellness programs.
🎯 Define and execute local employee engagement strategies aligned with company values and business objectives.
📊 Lead the design, rollout, and governance of engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and wellness activities within Morocco Office
🤝 Review and act on employee engagement survey results, working with Operations to implement action plans and track impact.
📈 Partner with senior leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
📝 Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring integration into people practices and employee programs.
🔍 Oversee internal communication initiatives that promote transparency, connection, and alignment across the organization.
🎯 Monitor engagement metrics, attrition trends, and culture indicators, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
📊 Lead and coach operations team members, ensuring high performance, capability building, and succession planning.
🤝 Establish clear HR operating rhythms, service level expectations, and performance measures.
📈 Contribute to HR strategy development and execution in alignment with organizational growth and transformation initiatives.
📝 Support change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, growth, or new market entry.
🔍 Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and capability development.
🎯 Support talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
📊 Serve as the first escalation point for employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution.
🤝 Ensure consistent application of HR policies and local labor laws.

What we require:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
✅ 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role, preferably within a BPO, shared services, or global organization.
✅ Strong expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, HR governance, and labor law compliance.
✅ Proven experience leading HR teams and managing cross-functional and global stakeholders.
✅ High proficiency in HRIS platforms, reporting, and people analytics.
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and change management capabilities.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
