About the Role

TOPNATION IMMIGRATION SERVICES is looking for a talented and experienced Hiring Manager and Ambassador to join our team in Rabat, Morocco. In this dual role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top Moroccan candidates for our clients, while also representing our brand and building strong relationships within the local talent market.

Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting Moroccan candidates
* - Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by leveraging local networks, job boards, social media, and community channels
* - Act as a company ambassador, promoting TOPNATION IMMIGRATION SERVICES across Morocco and building brand awareness among potential candidates
* - Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation
* - Filter and select the best profiles based on client requirements and company standards
* - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance throughout the process
* - Stay up to date with the Moroccan job market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
* - Build partnerships with Moroccan universities, professional associations, and recruitment networks
* - Prepare detailed candidate reports and recommendations for clients
* - Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process

Qualifications

* Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR — specifically within the Moroccan job market
* - Strong understanding of Moroccan candidate profiles, expectations, cultural nuances, and professional landscape
* - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic, French, and English
* - Ability to assess and filter candidates effectively to match client needs
* - Strong network within Morocco's professional and academic communities
* - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools
* - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
* - Prior experience as a brand ambassador or in a business development role is a plus
