Position: Guest Experience Representative

As a Guest Experience Representative at The Flex, you’ll be the face of our brand for both guests and landlords.

You’ll ensure every interaction — from booking to checkout — is smooth, personal, and professional.

You’ll handle inquiries, support reservations, and use our in-house PMS tools to deliver efficient, five-star service.

This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and tech.

Key Responsibilities


* Guest Support: Respond promptly to guest and landlord inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
* Booking Assistance: Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.
* Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest issues quickly while ensuring a positive experience.
* Knowledge Management: Record guest feedback and solutions to help improve processes.
* Collaboration: Work closely with operations and tech teams to flag recurring issues and suggest improvements.
* Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays and strengthen relationships with returning guests and landlords.

What We’re Looking For


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous customer service experience — ideally in hospitality, real estate, or tech.
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using PMS, CRM, or chat systems.
* Problem-solving mindset, with empathy and patience.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
