Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship opportunity for a Property & Guest Experience Assistant in Tangier. The Property & Guest Experience Assistant will assist in overseeing property management tasks, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include managing guest inquiries, coordinating logistics for arrivals and departures, inspecting properties for readiness, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves maintaining property presentation and communicating with service providers as necessary.

Qualifications


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage guest interactions and coordinate with team members.
* Organizational and time-management skills to handle logistics and scheduling efficiently.
* Attention to detail for property inspections and quality assurance.
* Problem-solving and adaptability skills to address unexpected challenges or guest concerns effectively.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools or platforms for property management and communication.
* Language proficiency in English is required; additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus.
* Interest in real estate, hospitality, or customer service industries. Prior experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
* Enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward learning and contributing to a dynamic work environment.
