The Cook prepares meals according to menu standards while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare ingredients and meals according to standardized recipes
* Cook and assemble menu items efficiently
* Respect hygiene rules (HACCP standards)
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
* Control inventory and food rotation (FIFO method)
* Work collaboratively with kitchen staff
Candidate Requirements
* 2+ years experience as a cook
* Knowledge of food safety standards
* Ability to follow recipes and instructions
* Good English & French (minimum level required)
* Fast learner and adaptable
Eligibility
* Available for Casablanca interviews
* Willing to take TCF language test
* Eligible for Canadian Work Permit
