Founded in 2018, Attendance MICE is a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in high-end travel and MICE experiences across Morocco. We work closely with international agencies and clients to deliver seamless, culturally rich, and professionally managed tours and events.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tours Operations Manager to join our team in Marrakech. This on-site role is pivotal in managing all aspects of tour bookings and operations. You will be the key point of contact between our UK-based agency, international clients, and local suppliers across Morocco.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all tour bookings from inquiry to execution.
* Maintain direct communication with clients and our UK agency partner.
* Coordinate with Moroccan suppliers (hotels, transport, guides, venues) to ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor logistics and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, and operational documentation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
* Support budgeting and cost control for each tour.

Requirements:

* Master’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with Moroccan tourism products is a plus.
