Freelancer Recruiter

We are seeking International Talent Acquisition Freelancers (remote work) to join our recruitment teams and manage the end-to-end hiring process for multilingual candidates. Are you a high achiever? Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs
* Advertise job openings on various international platforms
* Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social media and professional networks)
* Screen candidates who meet the required qualifications
* Organize and conduct initial interviews
* Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates
* Track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with the client

Requirements:

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing
* Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives)
* Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
* Experience recruiting for the European market
* Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons)
* Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish)
