Join our team in Amanjena. Inspired by the rose-hued buildings of old Marrakech, palatial Amanjena is close to the fabled Red City, set in its own expanse of gardens and grand open spaces. Shaded courtyards with fountains lead to the central basin, bordered by spacious standalone Pavilions & Maisons, many with private pools. Views stretch across the olive groves and palms of the oasis, extending to the High Atlas Mountains on the horizon.

Role

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Coordinator coordinates various aspects of food and beverage operations, including ordering supplies, shifts scheduling, and assist in ensuring seamless service. They play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within the F&B department.

Responsibilities


* Reports directly to the F&B Director and works in close coordination with outlet managers and the hostess team.
* Supports a professional and profitable F&B department by being responsible for all day-to-day operations of the F&B offices.
* Acts as a bridge between front-of-house operations and the F&B management team, ensuring effective communication between the Hostess desk, outlets, and the F&B office.
* Assists in compiling and organizing operational data and feedback to support the development, improvement, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
* Oversees and controls the ordering of F&B office supplies.
* Handles all correspondence in the F&B offices, ensuring that all restaurant reservation emails are answered promptly and professionally.
* Provides direct administrative and operational support to the F&B Director and Outlet Managers, including scheduling, communication, and event preparation.
* Gathers allergy and preference information of all guests from the outlets and consistently ensures it is communicated through the appropriate channels.
* Assists with all outlets’ menu revisions and creations.
* Demonstrates flexibility, emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of ownership in balancing operational engagement with administrative efficiency.
* Acts as the SevenRooms Champion for the property, responsible for managing system updates, guest profile creation and maintenance, and coordination with the Marketing team to optimize reservations, guest engagement, and revenue performance.

Requirements


* Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Service, or a related field
* 1–2 years of experience Food & Beverage or administrative support, preferably in luxury hospitality.
* Fluency in French and English required; additional language is a plus
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
