Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Casablanca for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the department to ensure high-quality service delivery and a memorable dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include supervising food service staff, maintaining service standards, coordinating with other departments, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, managing customer feedback, and contributing to the overall profitability and efficiency of food and beverage services at the hotel.
Qualifications
* Proven Supervisory Skills with experience in managing and motivating diverse teams.
* Strong understanding of Food Service management and adherence to Service Standards.
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.
* Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration across teams and guest interactions.
* Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable in food and beverage operations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business requirements.
* Previous hospitality experience, preferably within a supervisory food and beverage role, is desirable.
* A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is an asset.
