Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marrakesh for a Guest Service Agent. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests to plane thier stay and also upon arrival, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, providing information about facilities and services, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also involves processing payments and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems
* Multilingual skills are a plus
* Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred
* Fluent on French and English
