Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant located in Rabat. The Executive Assistant will manage executive schedules, prepare expense reports, provide executive support, and handle administrative tasks. Daily tasks include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth operations within the executive office.


Qualifications

* Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
* Experience in preparing Expense Reports
* Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
