Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Speaker located in Fez. The English Speaker will be responsible for providing dedicated support across various service arms, including customer support and call management.
Daily tasks will include handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the team in various operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Experience in customer support and call management
* Basic knowledge of marketing and brand strategy
* Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in using office software and communication tools
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
